The Easy Way to Find Peace...


Did you know, that most people are craving for one thing to experience. One thing, that they sometimes put on Christmas cards, Easter cards, and cry out for during their darkest hour! One thing, which has politicians, celebrities and even world leaders involved.

Do you know what it is?

Peace

Simple as that. Yet a concept so simple, is almost so difficult to attain, or even experience. Why is that, which really is something your body naturally is. And you body is naturally like this because the feeling of peace or bliss (or whatever label you want to use) happens almost by default when you are very relaxed, either when you have slept, or have had a few drinks (a few, mind)

Its because of resistance. We have lots of it... absolutely loads of the stuff.

Could be physical resistance (like an injury), emotional resistance, mental resistance, could be stress, depression, anger... you name it, we have it.

And to get the body in the relaxed state, and be at peace, you must first get rid of the resistance. But how do you do that? Well, at the risk of sounding predictable, you need to relax. You need to find the way to detune, find a way to just, 'let go' of you current troubles, whether they are financial troubles, social troubles or other troubles. You need to just, 'let go' of your current state, which is probably one of the most difficult things you can do.

Why is that? Why is letting go so difficult. Could it be that we have been conditioned to store things up, to get ourselves so wound up emotionally that it can cause serious stress, or depression. But why? Does this make it go away, or even better... obviously the answer is no. But without relaxing, attaining that natural peace is practically impossible. And it serves no purpose in holding it in, as we all know by now that any stress in the body will eventually turn to an illness of some kind.

So you need to find the will to just let go, and relax. Quieten the mind. Calm down a bit and become slightly introverted. Start to focus only on your breath. This does take incredible discipline if you are new to meditation, as when you are stressed out, your thoughts are normally all over the place.

But then what do you do? The answer... nothing. Thats it, just nothing. You just, 'be'. Literally. You focus on your breathing, and you will begin to discover a new form of energy that has been stored in your heart, probably for some time. But this energy is very energizing, very self healing, and it would be a waste to let it just stay in the heart. So how do you move it?
