We all want to make changes in our lives from point to point: lose weight, quit smoking, exercise more . . .  the list goes on and on. Many times we start out doing something and we are extremely excited and motivated. Being Psychic is a scam... or is it?



Did you know, that while the idea may be laughable, you do actually have mild psychic abilities. Being psychic is defined as the ability to be able to perceive information without the use of normal senses (like smell, touch, sight etc) but instead, using extra sensory perception (ESP for short). You can only do this through your mind, and can include being able to read someones mind, heal people or animals (even by thought alone) and being able to astral travel (or have an out-of body experience). This is funny when you think of it, as we see ourselves separate from everything else when we go through our day to day lives. Yet, there is more evidence to support the theory that we all began from this tiny drop of intense energy, that suddenly exploded and created the universe. Coupled with the fact, that every religious textbook (to some degree) has mentioned that we are all, 'one' and you start to see some strange similarities between what science says and what religion has been saying for hundreds and thousands of years.

But if we are separate physically, and we all came from the big bang, where is the real connection then?

It is the mind. We are actually connected though mind, or consciousness. And this consciousness has the ability to be interacted with. To simply put, you can use your mind to, 'connect' to someone else's mind, to create peace and harmony, or to heal. This is where being psychic comes in. You are travelling outside the space-time continuum, and connecting from the mind level (or as some scientists say, the meta- physical level, or non- physical level) to another part of the mind (could be another human being, or an animal)

But you have to know what you are doing. You have to begin controlling your imagination. You have to learn how to visualize more accurately, and with greater detail and clarity. You also have to understand how the universe really works, and what allows you to connect, mentally. The ability to be psychic is a priceless ability, as you will be using your mind powers to maximum advantage.

Do you really want to enhance your life... the easy way?



Did you you, that creation really begins at your subconscious level? That means, that most of your actions happen subconsciously without you even realizing. Although you have free will at the conscious level, you will tend to side onto what the subconscious wants. Do you know why? That is because the subconscious makes up around 92% of your total consciousness, making it the most used part of your mind. Don't forget, it is your subconscious that controls your bodily behavior, like beating your heart automatically, or even closing your eyelids to helping healing up infections.

It also helps control what behavior you exhibit. This is why, although we know that thought is creative, we can still tend to exhibit behavior which is usually habitual. For example, to stop smoking, you would need incredible discipline to give up once and for all. Why do you think some of the anti- smoking adverts always say, 'don't give up giving up' They understand that it takes great will power to give up smoking once and for all. Or what about the person who wants to give up weight? They try to go on a diet, only to end up eating more and more to try to compensate. Trying to lose weight, therefore, becomes a struggle, because you are fighting what seams to be your natural impulse. But is it?

Well, actually its more to do with your subconscious programming. You see, it takes months to develop a  habit, which can be either a positive habit or a negative habit. But the problem is, that the situations can sometimes change very rarely, making it very hard to break the habit. You are consciously trying to break a habit, like giving up smoking, or loosing weight, while fighting your subconscious which controls your urges to have that extra chocolate, or that one more cigarette. How do you stop this, if these deeply programmed subconscious beliefs are difficult to nudge.

Well, one trick is to use affirmations, and visualize yourself being in the desired state. We tend to use affirmations with the law of attraction and manifesting materialistic goals, but they can also be used for other reasons as well, for example, to be more healthy. Try to visualize yourself seeing a piece of chocolate cake, and resisting to eat it. This may sound difficult to try to begin with, for if you are visualizing properly, resisting the cake will be very difficult. But, with practice, you can visualize yourself walking past a slice of chocolate cake, or a cigarette, and not give in to temptation by eating or smoking it.

Changing a subconscious habit becomes a lot easier doing it this way. The Easy Way to Find Peace...


Did you know, that most people are craving for one thing to experience. One thing, that they sometimes put on Christmas cards, Easter cards, and cry out for during their darkest hour! One thing, which has politicians, celebrities and even world leaders involved.

Do you know what it is?

Peace

Simple as that. Yet a concept so simple, is almost so difficult to attain, or even experience. Why is that, which really is something your body naturally is. And you body is naturally like this because the feeling of peace or bliss (or whatever label you want to use) happens almost by default when you are very relaxed, either when you have slept, or have had a few drinks (a few, mind)

Its because of resistance. We have lots of it... absolutely loads of the stuff.

Could be physical resistance (like an injury), emotional resistance, mental resistance, could be stress, depression, anger... you name it, we have it.

And to get the body in the relaxed state, and be at peace, you must first get rid of the resistance. But how do you do that? Well, at the risk of sounding predictable, you need to relax. You need to find the way to detune, find a way to just, 'let go' of you current troubles, whether they are financial troubles, social troubles or other troubles. You need to just, 'let go' of your current state, which is probably one of the most difficult things you can do.

Why is that? Why is letting go so difficult. Could it be that we have been conditioned to store things up, to get ourselves so wound up emotionally that it can cause serious stress, or depression. But why? Does this make it go away, or even better... obviously the answer is no. But without relaxing, attaining that natural peace is practically impossible. And it serves no purpose in holding it in, as we all know by now that any stress in the body will eventually turn to an illness of some kind.

So you need to find the will to just let go, and relax. Quieten the mind. Calm down a bit and become slightly introverted. Start to focus only on your breath. This does take incredible discipline if you are new to meditation, as when you are stressed out, your thoughts are normally all over the place.

But then what do you do? The answer... nothing. Thats it, just nothing. You just, 'be'. Literally. You focus on your breathing, and you will begin to discover a new form of energy that has been stored in your heart, probably for some time. But this energy is very energizing, very self healing, and it would be a waste to let it just stay in the heart. So how do you move it?

Does the Law Of Attraction Really Work?

Follow This 1 Simple Tip To Reduce An Anxiety Attack Instantly!


Panic and anxiety attacks affect many people, it has been reported that over 60 million people in the United States alone will suffer from anxiety attacks at some time in their lives. They can be as mild as being slightly dizzy in a certain situation, to as extreme as being unable to leave ones house to go to work, or even be with some friends. They normally feel like you are going to suddenly pass out, collapse, or even die. They are normally associated with the feeling of dread and a feeling like you are not in contol. A deep fear normally takes hold of your stomach, which is almost impossible to shake off, and what was once a nice, relaxed atmosphere, suddenly turns into a moment of dread.

People can suffer from anxiety attacks in almost any situation. They can happen often in social situations, where many people are around, for example, queuing in a supermarket, or even waiting at a bus stop. You normally get a sense of what might happen, and then, before you know it, you suddenly develop a deep fear, like you are going to suddenly collapse, with almost no apparent reason.

Anxiety attack sufferers can then start to feel dizzy, have palpitations, clammy hands, and break out in a sweat. Of course, being in a social situations can make it more worse, as the sufferer then tries to hide these symptoms from everybody else, which then makes the symptoms even worse.

But there is a quick technique one can try in a situation like this. It is called the diversion tactic, and can help reduce significantly (and even remove) the anxiety attack.

What you do is this: When you are in a social situation (or any situation) which triggers an anxiety attack, do a quick but fairly complex maths sum in your head. This works extremely well, as it distracts your subconscious mind and allows you to relax.

The maths sum shouldn't be too difficult, but shouldn't be too easy as well, like, 'what is 2+2?'. We are talking about a maths sum, that is going to be complex enough for you to be temporarily, 'distracted' by it, but not too difficult that you get even more stressed thinking about it. Something like, 'what is 14+32?' works very well, because it isn't too simple, that you can quickly work it out, and isn't too difficult, that you get even more stressed thinking about it. A simple sum like that, stuck in a queue, waiting for a bus to arrive will be enough to reduce the feelings of dread.

Anxiety attack sufferers have used this technique and it works very well. It can be used anywhere at anytime, even while driving in a car (not a great place to have an anxiety attack I can tell you). It not only is very discreet, but nobody knows you are doing it, making it ideal to save face.
