Think Your Way To Losing Weight Fast!

We all want to make changes in our lives from point to point: lose weight, quit smoking, exercise more . . .  the list goes on and on. Many times we start out doing something and we are extremely excited and motivated. However, as time passes our motivation wanes and we slip back into our old ways of doing things.  We usually look at super-achievers with a bit of awe and envy, because they seem to set a goal and stick to it all the way to the end. Don't beat yourself up; you are not alone.

You've got to ask yourself, though, what's it going to take to change your habits: a divorce, a miracle or a heart attack. It may seem far-fetched or a ridiculous proposition, but it's all too true. Studies have revealed that men who are in their 40's without an exercise program or control of their diet are likely to either have a divorce or a heart attack. That may seem a bit depressing, but it's usually not until people are faced with their own mortality do they get off the couch and take action. Sometimes, even that isn't motivation enough. Many people prefer risking death to exercise, and if they do get into gear, they hate ever last minute of it.

Many people say they've tried and tried to lose weight and exercise, but when do they have time to work out or plan their meals. It's all they can do to keep up with their bills, and they're exhausted when they get home from work. Exercise, diet, quit smoking - all of these things are the farthest thing from their minds. So, what if there was a different way to get and stay motivated not just for a few days or a couple weeks, but for the rest of your life? Sounds incredible, right?

First, let's talk about what makes you so resistant to doing what you know you should do. We have something called core mental patterns - 22 of them to be exact. They are our beliefs, habits, attitudes and emotional habits which are key to whether we are successful or not. They literally force you to avoid what you set out to do. There is no such thing as "I don't have time," or any other excuse. It is these core patterns that make some people exercise and diet nuts, while others, no matter how hard they try, can't seem to get into gear and keep moving. People have successfully used hypnosis to lose weight and get to exercising.

While this means that it's really not your fault, it does give you the power to do something about it. With the acknowledgement that we are victims of our beliefs and habits, we empower ourselves to change things. This applies to former athletes who worked hard to reach their prime only to fall to fat later on; they were in one pattern, and with retirement, they adopted another set of patterns. There are other former athletes who never lose their edge. Their bodies still ripple muscles, and at 50, 60 or even 70 they are in better shape than people half their age. It's all about these core patterns. Many people use hypnosis to battle these problems and to try and stay motivated.

You're probably wondering if hypnosis might be for you.  All that exercise gear will wind up collecting dust sooner than you think. And, with all that dust will come your feelings of guilt. So, all you need to do is create a deep, lasting passion for whatever your goal is: exercise, diet, stopping smoking - whatever. Then whatever issue you want to change will do so naturally. Hypnosis may help to reprogram you.

When it comes to weight loss and exercise, people have tried just about everything, and hypnosis has had some success. It's all about changing your core patterns and any way you go about getting those changed will help keep you motivated. In that regard, hypnosis addresses the problem head on. While it's not the only method, it has been very popular. Another thing that's used in conjunction with hypnosis is acupuncture. Between the two, there are some studies that show short-term success.

Being Psychic is a scam... or is it?

Did you know, that while the idea may be laughable, you do actually have mild psychic abilities. Being psychic is defined as the ability to be able to perceive information without the use of normal senses (like smell, touch, sight etc) but instead, using extra sensory perception (ESP for short). You can only do this through your mind, and can include being able to read someones mind, heal people or animals (even by thought alone) and being able to astral travel (or have an out-of body experience). Being psychic allows you to do all of these things, and more, just by the power of your mind, but is it really real?

To answer this question, one has to consider how you could possibly read someones mind, it they are completely separate from you. If you were completely separate physically from someone, then you should be separate mentally from someone as well. There should be no way you would be able to penetrate to someones thoughts, as air would be in your way. But is it?

There is more and more scientific evidence to support the big bang theory (the point of the creation of our universe), but the big bang came from an explosion from a size of the head of a pin, that had almost infinite density. So, if this big bang happened, from a small ball bearing of intense heat, doesn't that mean that at the beginning of creation, we were all, 'one'

This is funny when you think of it, as we see ourselves separate from everything else when we go through our day to day lives. Yet, there is more evidence to support the theory that we all began from this tiny drop of intense energy, that suddenly exploded and created the universe. Coupled with the fact, that every religious textbook (to some degree) has mentioned that we are all, 'one' and you start to see some strange similarities between what science says and what religion has been saying for hundreds and thousands of years.

But if we are separate physically, and we all came from the big bang, where is the real connection then?

It is the mind. We are actually connected though mind, or consciousness. And this consciousness has the ability to be interacted with. To simply put, you can use your mind to, 'connect' to someone else's mind, to create peace and harmony, or to heal. This is where being psychic comes in. You are travelling outside the space-time continuum, and connecting from the mind level (or as some scientists say, the meta- physical level, or non- physical level) to another part of the mind (could be another human being, or an animal)

But you have to know what you are doing. You have to begin controlling your imagination. You have to learn how to visualize more accurately, and with greater detail and clarity. You also have to understand how the universe really works, and what allows you to connect, mentally. The ability to be psychic is a priceless ability, as you will be using your mind powers to maximum advantage.

Bradley Thompson is a self-development author, and has many great self-improvement websites. In the, 'Be Psychic' course, he will explain how you can develop your inner psychic powers, to be able to travel within the inner dimensions of the universe (astral/ out-of-body travel) to the use of healing another human being, like a loved one, from thought alone.

Being psychic is an ability that everyone naturally has, you simply didn't know it. Using the, 'Be Psychic' course will allow you to finally connect to people, to create a more abundant lifestyle. It is a brilliant tool, which allows life to be more exciting and more fulfilling. To start creating a better tomorrow, click here now.
